Location

Once given the module title and brief the class had to choose a location. It would have been an unfair advantage for those who lived in the Manchester area (or those who knew it well) to pick a location; so, to make it fair, Matthew put up a map on an iPad and we had to close our eyes and let the fates decide our destinations.

The place that I got was:
190 Shrewsbury Street
M16 7WU

I was fairly disappointed with this place, as a row of houses seemed fairly boring compared to some of the places picked, and then I later found out it's fairly close to the infamous Moss Side. This makes me slightly uncomfortable, but as long as I know my surroundings and possibly have a few mates with me, it should be completely fine (touch wood).

Out of all the places in Manchester this is where I chose (was trying to aim for the middle)

M5 4RB, my current location (my accommodation)

One view of the location I chose

Another view of Shrewsbury Street

I'm actually very nervous about this project as I'm not entirely sure what my outcome is going to be. It's a boring road to me, so being able to make an interesting project is going to be a challenge.
